In fact it&amp;#39;s probably a terrible idea. In North America the Beo1 was never available so I can&amp;#39;t really speak to how it worked.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;However, Apple also seems to think that a minimalist control is a good idea. At least this is true for Front Row, Ipod, AppleTV. I have one that I purchased from Lee and it controls my Apple TV perfectly. I&amp;#39;ve tested it for volume and channel up/down on the Avant.
