&lt;p&gt;If this doesn&amp;#39;t work, then there&amp;#39;s always the hard reset (unplug for ~ 1 minute).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After that, it usually requires a professional...&amp;nbsp; or the help of professionals on this board (not me).&lt;/p&gt;

When the button on the remote is pressed the light comes on sometimes but not always. It just stays stuck on CD position 6 which doesn&amp;#39;t play or move to any other CD positions. Any suggestions will be appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;
