&lt;p&gt;I have it. In my typical undying relentlessness to find the answer...I called Denmark. Useless.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I then called SEAS in the US - apparently a manufacturer of B&amp;amp;Os drivers. Turned out the gent on the phone &lt;i&gt;worked previously for B&amp;amp;O&lt;/i&gt;, and knew exactly what I was after...a company called Foster Electric. So,&amp;nbsp; the only three people on the planet who knew what drivers they were : B&amp;amp;O&amp;#39;s designers, the chap at SEAS, and me.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is with that, in the true spirit of Open Source (I write this from Linux Mint)....&lt;/p&gt;
