The GO and the down arrow keys wore off in a couple of weeks. The dealer replaced the keypad and the same happened in a matter of days.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My dealer has sent a picture to B&amp;amp;O and is waiting a reply.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Should I contact the shop for replacements.&lt;/p&gt;
