I just tried it and the sound is good enough for me when watching movies and dvd&#39;s. It&#39;s great to have a home theater sound again after all that time <img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/01.gif" alt="Smile" />&nbsp;The 5 speakers used are cx100 connected by mcl2p via powerlink to the av7000. &nbsp;My sound system (a 90ies beosystem 7000) has it&#39;s own RL7000 speakers , These speakers are ideal for the open concept loft space I live in right now.&nbsp;I checked the manual and as discribed, I put an aux cable and a powerlink cable between them and put the Av7000 in option 2 and the beomaster in option 0.</p> <p>This basically works fine and as advertised, however here is my question :</p> <p>Right now when I switch on the radio or any other audio source, the beomaster is muted and the front speakers of the av7000 come on. &nbsp;The sound of the cx100 speakers is more than good, that&#39;s not the problem, but the&nbsp;thing I wanted to accomplish is that when the radio is switched on, the av7000 is muted (maybe till a video source is selected?) and i get the sound through the beomasters RL speakers. (They carry the sound clear and undistorted through the whole place unlike the cx100&#39;s that have more of specific listening angle.)</p> <p>Is there anyone who can think of a way to get this accomplished ? &nbsp;Any tips or ideas are very welcome and appreciated. I hope my question is understandable enough.....<img src="http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/15.gif" alt="Geeked" />&nbsp;</p> <p>Another possibility would have been that the beomaster powers the R/L front speaker amp by default (effectively eliminating the 2 cx 100 and a mcl passive?) but them the RL are overpowering the cx&#39;s when using 4 or 5 speaker mode. ( I did try that)</p> <p>I know my setup is not an ideal situation. I did sell most of my B&amp;O gear to finance this new place and the reno&#39;s. &nbsp;However, I am saving up to buy a new B&amp;O tv or beosystem3 and beolabs (coming soon) &nbsp;to bring it all up to date, but will have to make do with what I have for now.
