&lt;p&gt;If the basic look could be preserved, why just change the vcr to dvd. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Or would a built-in 16:9 screen not &amp;quot;fit&amp;quot; regarding its width/height ? &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Never touch this fantastic TV.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The format of the screen is 4:3&lt;br /&gt;Build in an 16:9 would be complicated.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And the Center speaker, not so good....&lt;br /&gt;And outdated dolby surround.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But with DVD it is refurbished...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A great friend of mine just bought an AV9000 and a pair of Penta II&amp;#39;s to replace his MX7000 and MS150&amp;#39;s, he&amp;#39;s got a Beolink 7000 as well.&amp;nbsp; Why on earth would you change the speakers though?&lt;/p&gt;
