Most of these formats are clearly best connected to the BS3 via HDMI, but the Oppo website states that if a digital connection is used for HDCD then the BS3 will need to decode the data, whereas if an analogue connection is made, the player itself will do the decoding. Can the BS3 do anything with an HDCD bitstream? And if not, can both analogue and HDMI connections be made with the player?</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
