&lt;p&gt;My Beogram 7000 has exactly the same issue. I&amp;#39;ve heard it said that if you take the cover off and put it in a bowl of hot water with a weight on top, the problem can be solved. Not sure if this works, though. &lt;p&gt;I have been searching for a nice Beogram 6500 turntable to complete one of my Beosoystem 6500s.&amp;nbsp;I have noticed that several of the Beogram 6500s&amp;nbsp;I have seen recently have dust covers that&amp;nbsp;are sagging in the center&amp;nbsp;at the back of the cover. Is this a common&amp;nbsp;problem with these turntables?&lt;/p&gt;
