I recently read that there are software programs designed to help repair dead pixels. To my surprise the article concluded that these programs sometimes do work.

I've not tried this, but may be worth a try. Here's a link to help you get started.

I would not be happy,if I had that,and yes they would,even worse if in the centre of the screen would be a take back to the shop job.You should not have to put up with any dead Pixels.

Hi all:

If I were to buy a 15" monitor with five dead pixels would it be a useless purchase - would five dead pixels if bunched together obscure vision?
