I came here for advice but have stayed because I like it here!

There are people here with all kinds if backgrounds and budgets but as Lee says, no airs and graces. If you want advice ion how to repair a 30 year classic worth a few pounds you will be treated with just as much respect as if you want advice on the newest and most expensive kit, this is not what happens on most forums!

While we do have the odd bit of tension from time to time, it haopens surprisingly infrequently comnpared to most audio forums out there..

How about dropping by for talking or just reading others passion for B&O

Ever since I saw Beoworld for the first time, I just knew that I must be a member to support the hard work behind this great forum, and then I got my “must have more B&o product” feeling back again. So when we bought the house back in 2007 I didn’t have any B&O product other than our old LX2802. Then the hunt started :o)

First the Beosystem4500 with the Beovox100, then the silver Avant 32”, and I found the F1000 on auction, after that I took the big step and got the Beolab5, then it just started to get more and more from there, then I was missing some rear speakers so I bought the Beosound 9000 mk3 together with the latest Beolab8000, and I already know what the next thing I will buy is, I'm so close to make the deal, A Beovision 5 and after that then I must have the Beo5, Beocom2, Beolink7000, Beolab4500 and the floor stand for the Beosound9000….etc the list is long.

So thank you everyone, for keeping my spirit up. And my passion for B&O is just getting bigger and bigger.

And as many of you know I’m busy with the house from morning to late night, and when things just gets too hard and I’m feeling “burnt-out” I like to sit down and drop by here :o) I just hope that I soon will be finish with this rebuild, so I can get all my product back, and pop up the volume on the Beolab5 again, and hopefully place the Beovision5 in between these Alien speakers as my friends call them.

Puncher and Andy drank it all.. we only have alcopops and some dodgy looking 'Grunters Old Stomachcramp' Real Ale left in the fridge..

Someone actually won some Champagne in the Christmas Prize Draw, but none of it made it to the forums..

I think I'm addicted since last month when I bougt my first B&O Product a BeoSound 4 with BeoLab 6000.

THe good thing about this site is that you can get good and usefull help most dealers can't provide.

one of the reasons is because somehow it's one of the VERY few sites i frequent a lot and haven't been banned from !.

oh and there's some stellar posters and there's also the wonderful magic of bno that draws you in

Well personally addicted...

I appreciate the attitude in this forum. It's a warm, altruistic and friendly community. There is always somebody genuinely willing to help (complete strangers in most cases and expecting nothing in return).

That's especially apparent with Lee, Peter, Keith S, and many many many more>
