The HDR2 does&amp;nbsp;NOT have a PIN number. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am unsure as to why they have mentioned a pin on the invoice tho. You can check to see that the seriel number matches the HDR2 (back of the unit), it may simply be an error on the invoice or for another product. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just thinking, did you buy it second hand or from a dealer? If second hand, this PIN is prob for another product.&lt;/p&gt;
