At first i thought maybe it needed a new battery which i have now replaced but the phone says line busy even though no ones on it. Can anyone think why this is or how i may fix it. How expensive is it to ask Bang and Olufsen shop to look at it? any ideas please </p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
