&lt;p&gt;Beolab 2500 speakers only have Powerlink inputs, so you need a Powerlink Trigger Box if you want to use them with a non-B&amp;amp;O system.&amp;nbsp; This generates the necessary signals to power up the speakers, otherwise they will remain in standby mode.&amp;nbsp; Most Beolab speakers have a &amp;quot;Line In&amp;quot; mode for use with non-B&amp;amp;O equipment, but these speakers do not.&lt;/p&gt;

I have bought a pair of Beolab 8000s and I would like to use the existing 2500s in a non B&amp;amp;O system, more specifically to a to of the line&amp;nbsp;Denon Home Amp. with pre-amp section that can be maybe used. Could anyone give me some advise if there is a way to find a solution and utilize these speakers with such an amplifier?&lt;/p&gt;
