Current SW for HDR2 is 3.6

Press V.MEM, then Menu. Highlight V.MEM -> GO. Highlight Setup ->, GO. Press 0 0 GO
Then check H8 Information for the current SW

Update is done by B&O service tool (dealer)

Now i know that HDR2 is not in the selection. However I wished B&O should improve their quality then by changing the selection to read "HDR1/HDR2" next time they update the SW for BV 7-40, they seems to do that a lot..

Still I wonder if anyone can help me on: - What SW releases are there for the HDR2? How can I check mine? If necessary; how can I get it updated?

I have renovated my living room and changed some furnitures and also hidden some more cables etc.

No when I want to reconnect my HDR2 to my BV7-40 III, I can't find a HDR2 in the V.MEM as only "Unknown VCR" and "HDR1". Is there no HDR2? I have the later sW relases with the new menues on my Bv-7.

- Should there not be a HDR2 in the BV7-40 III Connection setup?

Just select HDR1 it uses the same commands. HDR2 isn't in the menu structure.

The BV7-40 MKIII will find the HDR2 automatically if connected to AV1. Check the SCART connections (fully wired?) and disconnect HDR2 from mains for a minute and reconnect.
