Thanks for the kind offer, I am in the region of Vannes (Morbihan) on the Golfe du Morbihan.

Mind you Brittany is quite large. I don'y want to be a bore, but it would be easier to drop it at the Post Office. I will send you the money in advance, through Paypal or whatever way you prefer.

Have a nice day,

Thanks for your offer, but I am in Brittany (France). I would be happy to pay for the plate and postage, if you could do me the favour of sending it by mail.

If you can't send it, could you make a template ?

With kind regards,

The obvious question now : is there someone who would have such a plate for sale ? (LX plate for motorised stand)

I might try B&O but we are talking about 20 years old stuff (this does'nt make us any younger).

One for MX and one for LX.

You have the one for the MX which will not fit your set. The top plates are inter-changeable on the stand so you just need to aquire the LX plate and swap it on the stand.

Motorised stand for Beovision LX4500

Is there any B&0 owner who may have an answer to my problem ?

I still have my old Beovision LX4500 which is going strong after almost 20 years of ownership. All this time, I used the TV without a motorised stand.

Now, I have just bought a second hand motorised stand ref. nr. MSMX55 on Ebay, which seems fine, only, the steel plate on top does not fit any of the holes underneath the LX4500 and I am wondering if originally there was an adaptor depending on the model of television you wanted to fit onto the stand.

The only threaded holes (brass thread) I can find underneath the LX4500 are about 70 cms apart, the steel plate on top of the stand is only 45 cms wide, by 13,5 deep.

Any idea someone out there ? A drawing or pictures would be very helpful. An original motorised stand owners manual or a copy even better.

Thanks for your interest.
