I have now purchased and connected a digital coax cable. The only problem is I'm not sure the sound is travelling through it and not the SCART.

Can anyone tell me how I can tell?

Second that.

You will have the exact same sound in your linkroom as you have today.

What quality of cable did you go for? They seem to range from around £10 to well over £100 and there are so so many brands out there!

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi All

I am just about to purchase a digital coax cable to pipe the sound from my DVD1 to my 32" RF VCR Avant in my main room.

Before I do this, does anyone know if this will cause me any sound issues in the link room? Currently there are no problems playing and hearing a DVD's in the link room
