then list intil you see what you want to add, in your case, &amp;#39;SHIFT&amp;#39;&lt;br /&gt;You can now either press &amp;#39;GO&amp;#39; and shift will be first on your new list,&amp;nbsp; or a number eg 3 and &amp;#39;Shift&amp;#39;
