&lt;p&gt;Unless it&amp;#39;s a pair of those equipments that you use when you sit in a boat, hanging it outside and donw into the water, so you can view what benaeth the surface.... &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On this one you can optionally choose to add handles, Camera etc. were you find the 4 screws on each side in the picture....&lt;/p&gt;
