Below are my impressions and information on the BV4-103 :

The webcast is over, IMHO it was a bit embarrassing....

Only a few people called-in after Ben Verbraak and Ole Moltsen answered a few questions

that were asked by the (nervous) presentor.

In the beginning, the audio was muted, and the picture quality was average, at best,

even with my broadband connection.

For a company like B&O, presenting their top-of-the-line tv,

i was expecting (a lot) more.

I guess this was the first time that they presented something in this way,

hopefully next time it will be better.

They did point out that it was an informal presentation.

As for the BV4 - 103 :

Not many new things to say about it;

- very big, very expensive.

- great hydraulic stand (...)

- price : € 100.000,- (including BeoSystem 3, BeoLab 10 and the stand)

- 2 mounting options: the hydraulic stand and a fixed wall mount

- lead time (ordering --> delivery) : 3-4 months (BV4-103 will only be built on order)

- Panasonic plasma

- availability : ordering possible now, delivery about July 2009)

- Where can we see the BV4 - 103; all dealers ? No, - London, Munich, New York, Moskou

- Viewing distance : with Standard Definition : 6 x picture height (1.3 m) = 8 meters

with High Definition: 3 x picture height = 4 meters

- best plasma panel, anti reflection screen, high-end video engine, Vision Clear / BS3

- power consumption : 1200-1300 W. (meets EU regulations)

- Why a BV4-103 : showcase of what is possible and to show that B&O will produce tv's

from high-end to entry level (referring to the new BV8-40

- Beo 5 included (...)

It was nice to see the pre-launch webcast, hopefully we will see webcasts of new products in the future

about products for a larger group of potential customers.

Perfect sound and picture!

A lot of these problems are not originating from the source... but to the local Internet Providers...

Anyway... Nice screen... But I need to buy a larger appartement (where the TV is then half the value of the appartement!) in order to fit it in the living room... And at 1300W.. this baby sucks electricity big time. The motion of the stand is a joy!

Here's a test, and that works brilliantly. Beo should and could have warned us beforehand of any incompatible problems using mac's!
