&lt;p&gt;I am not convinced!&amp;nbsp; You asked about an MX on an LX stand - not&amp;nbsp;an MX5500 stand.&amp;nbsp; The LX stand will be wider to accommodate the different chassis with the speakers to the side rather than below.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Correct Brian, I misread the OP. It won&amp;#39;t fit unless you change the base plate and I have seen some that were welded on rather than bolted.&lt;/p&gt;
