Thanks for trying to help....

So, my speakers are connected to BC1 - digital back (surround sound back) left one is conected on left PL plug and right on is on right....and then from BC1 - ML cable to converter 1611 - from 1611 data cable to aux on BS2300.

I've checked data cable from BS2300 ( I have spare one so I've changed and nothing happened) and it seams to me this is not a problem. Also powerlink cables are ok cos when I playing from other source everything is ok.

I didn't check ML cable, I don't have spare one ....

Re: R/L speakers ?

Sounds like it could be the ML cable or an ML junction (if there are any) - there is a possibility that either pin 15 or 16 could be either down entirely or at least faulty.

Re: R/L speakers ?

Hi,

In Keith's absence, maybe I can help?

Firstly, check all your cables are pushed in firmly and try all speakers on both channels (flick the switch from left to right channel) to see if the problem is present on all of them. This sounds like a poor connection, either in the source unit, one of the cables, or a speaker.

If you have a spare cable, try swapping out the existing cables one at a time, as this may help you identify the source of the fault. Basically, if changing a piece of equipment makes the fault go away, then that piece of equipment is probably at fault.

If you can give us a little more detail about how your speakers are connected together, this may shed some extra light on how we can help.

Best regards,

Steve.

Re: R/L speakers ?

I think I should wait for Keith to see this post ....

The TV controls it. As for the issue it self.. i don't know, no advice here. Maybe try to connect the Speakers to the BS2300 and program Option 1, just to test if it is the 2300 or ML - Cable / Converter.

Re: R/L speakers ?

And nothing happening when I adjust balance or sound on BS2300

One strange thing happening.

My system: BL8000 connected to BC1 - masterlink to converter and than to AUX on BS2300.

I setup BL8000 , L for left and R for right speaker. When I'm playing CD from BS2300 right speaker is little bit more quiet than the left one.

When I setup right speaker to L than is ok.

This is only happening when I play CD or radio from BS2300 ( when speakers are setup L-left R-right), when I playing other source TV, DVD, or from PC (which is connected to the SCART ) everything working fine!

Anyone know what is happening ? Maybe some setup on BS2300 ?

Thanks!
