&lt;p&gt;In order to loosen the front cover-screen, u have to find two &amp;quot;black holes&amp;quot; in the lower backframe.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here u will finde 2 very special screws whit nubheads ( dont remember if its 7 or 8 mm )&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;U will proberbly need an exstension to ur tool, to get in there.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When the bolts are unsrewed, the rest is easy :-)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I do have 2 avants (28&amp;quot; 50Hz T8111). One is looking beautiful but has a blown tube and the other is looking awfull but has a working tube.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So... change the tube and inner components from the one, to the other to get a nice looking working television. I run into problems however:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;How do I remove the front screen cover (the black cover with bang &amp;amp; olufsen written on it), so I can take out the tube. Does anybody know?&lt;/p&gt;
