If you do not have a B&amp;amp;O telly then you will have to connect your BC2 S/PDIF-output to your amplifier for sound and use the scart/s-vhs output to your 3. party telly.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;im going to be getting a beocenter 2 so i can watch dvds, and maybe a set of beolab 6000/8000 speakers, but i was told i need to get an amplifier if i want to get proper surround sound from my philips plasma if i link it up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;as im new to all this, can anyone tell me or suggest a setup and any products to buy so i can get surround sound with the beocenter 2 and my philips plasma??&lt;/p&gt;
