I already use a 4GB sd card with no problems. But again it's a matter of choice.

I 've already made 5 playlists from N.Music and now enjoy them everywhere around the house.

If I were you I would at least test it in the local B&O store.

Re: Bit of advice please, chaps....

i thought about the beosound 4, but the fact that the recommended SD cards only held 2mb of music sort of put me off. i don''t really want to spend time in front of the pc making playlists and individual SD cards, just one music library, easy to navigate and the option to play cd's if i want to. thanks very much for the idea, though...

My advice would be to go this unless of course you really need the feature of 6 CDs

Bit of advice please, chaps....

Hi - has anyone got any views on what to do about my current set-up. I have a Beovision 7-40 linked to Beolab 9's and a Beosound 3200. I love the tv and speakers but am beginning to find the 3200 frustrating in the way that i can't find albums easily and when playing on random it only will play tracks out of one section of the hard-drive. I have recently taken to plugging in my i-phone to the AUX socket and accessing music that way, which kind of defeats the object. I was thinking of changing the 3200 to a 9000 (i love the design and still prefer buying cd's, rather than downloading them) and then maybe buying an ipod touch to incorporate in the system somewhere. As you can probably gather i'm not the most up to date person on AV solutions/set ups and would love to get some better ideas from you chaps

thanks very much
