Agree with Peter !00%. BV3-32 is very good value at the moment.

If it is a 32" BV3, go for that. Better sound and basically an Avant. Make sure it has the surround module. If you are watching movies, you want a widescreen. The picture is as good as the flat screens - better than most of them! It also looks like a flat screen from the front!

If a 28" BV3, get the MX! Same chassis but much bigger screen on the MX. The 28" BV3 was a loss leader used to get people into the shop - unless it has been optioned up, it can be quite basic and the sound is just not as good.

My tv LX28002N is too old now and I am looking for a replacement. My choise is now between Beovision 3 or a MX8000 (950 - 1250€). The beovisen 3 is about 600€ more than the MX8000 and I can`t affort the flat screens yet. I like to lisend to music and watch movies and the plan is to add a couple of good speakers or maybe go for surround. Is there sourround module in both models and is it working. I have not seen any of them live. Can anyone give me some advise what to go for and why.
