Beocom 2 differences

Hello all,

I recently purchased a used Beocom 2 (with Beoline base) which has 3 buttons differing from the ones displayed in the manual I downloaded from the B&O website!
(second from bottom reads "HOLD" instead of "INT" and fifth row from bottom reads "LINE 1" and "LINE 2"). The phone appears to be working , I can make and receive calls, store numbers but when idle or few seconds after using a function, the display light always blinks with "Alert View?" on!!! So I was wondering:

1. How do I exit from it to show the phone name and time instead?
2. Is this phone an older generation?
3. Could anyone share the appropriate manual with me?
