&lt;p&gt;The recommended tracking force for the MMC1 is 1.0 g but if it is worn you may need to &amp;quot;up&amp;quot; it a little. I personally wouldn&amp;#39;t go above 1.5 g though as this is the point where you should really be looking to replace the cartridge.&lt;/p&gt;
