They do make a light control system, but also do an IR converter. This allows you to control non B&O devices with a B&O remote. Search the forums as there should be quite a few posts about it.

I didn't know that - I was given my 360 with no manual but I don't know how that would work - do you just hold the X down for a while?

There is def an infa-red bulb on the front of the machine though.

Not 100% sure that would work either. As the wireless xBox 360 controllers work by Bluetooth, not Infra Red.

Graham, If you are a really good shot, you could try throwing your Beo4 at the on/off switch.
Attatch it to a long elastic if you want to repeat the operation.
