Yes - 8344094 - but whether B&O will sell it to you is another matter. Get the firmware updated at the same time - 7.23b - that is changed by using an update disc in the player - stops the odd menu appearing.

Silly question from me! Why? The most up to date software is 1.6 for this model and only fixes a problem where the DVD can stop playing half way through. I don't think there are other advantages. It means replacing a chip on PCB1 but I am sure you could do this - if you had the chip! Not much inside the DVD1!

A chip? Is that all it takes? I thought there was a problem with overheating which required completely new boards/re-design etc. Is there a B&O part number for the chip?
