I know Halandri well; had some friends their and I also used to work out at Holmes Place just up the road in Marousi a few times a week. Parking was a nightmare ... driving was worse!! LOL @ Greek drivers! I see your parents place is near Kalamaki, OK, know that area a little. Yup, loved living in Glyfada, actually it was more the Voula side but all round that way is nice. My ex girlfriend Chrysoula used to work in Vari, which is a beautiful spot by the sea with some really modern cafes.

LOL Sure thing! Where is Fthiotida exactly? You say Central Greece but I don't think I know it. I used to live in Glyfada several years ago, I still travel back and forth now and again, mostly Glyfada/Voula...

We usualy say when someone say to you Hristos se rodi ! VAISTINU SE RODI!

sentence is on very old language
so the meaning is more poetic
basicly it means Jesus is born, its is right he is born !

And you say this for your family and good friends.
