I have a very good condition MCP 5500 which is scheduled to be listed on ebay at 19.30 hours this coming Thursday.

Suggest you bid on it on behalf of your friend or alternatively send me a PM before Thursday with what you friend would be willing to offer for it.

local "ebay" is offering 2nd hand set i described. it's at 150 euro's right now. but so many people who has also interested about the same set. heh. not the end of the world if i don't win it...

It's cheaper if you buy the 2 together.

Of course, the cost saving becomes greater if you add in a Beogram, maybe a CD player as well, and a tape deck just to complete the system....

Heck, you may as well get a nice set of red lines to go with that system....

A quick look on ebay will give you a good idea, but £125 for a Beomaster and £90 for a MCP are ball park prices, although I did sell one (an MCP) for £137 a few weeks ago.

I do have a mint MCP5500 currently available if you are interested

how much do these go if they are in pretty ok condition. no visible scratches and it works.
