I see... however, unless there is another way not to stop playing a song yet be able to browse around for others, its a bit silly?

The problem lies in the fact that the " Home" buttons starts the ps3.

Only then the dongle gets its power from the USB.

So, sending an ir-instruction from the Nyko with the "Home" instruction is useless.

I use the "start" button on the Nyko to exit several functions.

There is another solution, a "Bluetooth to IR" device, which supports the on/off function of the PS3 key: http://ir2bt.com/

Do a search on the forum, someone tested it but I don't remember all details.

That's really unfortunte. Is there another dongle that does it? Does the BV7 STB do it?

Hello,

The PS3 button is the only one which is not emulated by the Bluwave remote.

So, there unfortunately no hope to see this feature work on Beo5.

Hope everyone had a happy Christmas!

Hi, just got everything connected yesterday night, half sleeping but it was amazing, watched my first blu ray movie, actually saw what 1080p looks like and it all works using the beo5. Sweet! Typically, im stuck in work now :S

Anyway, does anyone know if its possible to map the PS3 Home button (its the button that is in the middle of the dual shock controllers) on to the beo5 since i think the default XML template doesnt do it. I also would like to do it using the STB-IR-USB thing?

The reason is because when you listen to songs on the PS3, the PS3 Home button is the only thing that will let you go back (to choose another song) whilst you are listening to the song. Other buttons stop playback,
