Check the scart lead you are using is plugged into the "TV" socket on the box and not the "VCR" socket. Also check Scart Control is set to on in the SKY HD settings menu

hello all

since the bv7 had problems with 4.24 i had it updated to 5.02.

now when i first turn on the tv the sky box does not respond properly for the first time i use it.

if i press go once i get the banner so entering menus does nto happen

after a few mins the numbers can be used and all returns to normal

also if i have the stb setting to always on it turns the STB off when i turn the tv on and when i turn the tv off the stb stays on hence the sky hd box always gets switched off.

Anyone else have this
