Just wondered if anyone out there has any first hand experience of the TiscaliTV+ service?</p><p>The selection of channels available looks quite good, as do the on-demand and pay-to-view features and the built-in PVR. And it&#39;s pretty low cost if you&nbsp;take a&nbsp;Tiscali broadband bundle.</p><p>But does TV over the local phone line really work? I know it&#39;s not HD but does it match SD quality?
