Tried using both Safari and Firefox. The B&amp;O websites seem to think I do not have Flash installed and insist I load version 7. I already have version 10 loaded. If a widespread problem then it is not good at this time of year.&nbsp;Anyone else noticed this problem or can verify that it is not just me?<br /></p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
