I'm guessing from your previous posts that you have been "bitten by the B&O bug" in the way that many of us here have been. The design of their flagship products is a great lure for many people, but the ownership experience can be quite a challenging one.
In the same way that owners of classic cars often seem to have a love/hate relationship with their cars due to the trials and pitfalls of keeping their pride and joy in roadworthy condition, B&O enthusiasts can often be found wandering around Beoworld trying desparately to make sense of their latest error code or system configuration problem. B&O have taken the brave position of going against the flow, both in terms of product design and functionality and it is this bravery which results in challenges for owners.
Personally, I love the fact that this situation has generated Beoworld and other resources to make B&O ownership the entry pass to a worldwide community. Do you get that when you buy a Sony DVD player or an Aiwa hifi system? Can anyone point me to the user forum to get advice on the best Panasonic TV for my office? Admittedly, I may not need the same level of involvement with those mass-market, "fit and forget" products. However, I for one would rather have the pleasure of owning something special, even if that means I have to get involved to make it work how I want it to.
However, I may be biased, as I now make a living from getting other people's B&O equipment working, so I'm probably looking at this arguement through rose-tinted glasses......

Then again, we should extend him the common courtesy of letting him express his opinion without flaming him!

If you read the forum then it has a lot of folk expressing dissatisfaction or looking for help with issues, however that is what forums tend to be in general - the vast majority of happy, casual B&O users will never post here - it's the other side of the coin to why conducting market research here will be a bit of a waste of time!

I've found that the vast majority of my unhappy customers are unhappy people. My products just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time! (Just like th OP's keyboard apparently!)

It;s a poorly written post... i have no idea how i understood it...

He's saying "what is so good about b&o for those who are confronted with lots issues and having to spend alot of money..." I think

He's made the observation that there are so many unhappy customers...

That's an unrealistically negative statement "so many unhappy customers" More than there are happy customers? Not sure about that...

I don't believe the reason needs to be explained, plus it is difficult to explain, but once you own the products you'll "get it". You either get it or you don't in my opinion... I completely feel that B&o is worth the money, or i wouldn't have bought so many pieces!

In answer to your question, why will no one take this by the tail? It's because most of us here don't feel this negatively about the company and the products!
