Havind decided to add to it, I have tried to download the latest brochure to save a trip to the local store. Am I being stupid (very possible), or&nbsp;is it correct that I have to pay a monthly fee to give me access to a product guide to allow me to purchase equipment? If this is the case, I was always taught that in business you make it as easy as possible for the customer to buy your product -&nbsp;you do not put obstacles in their way. &nbsp;<div style="clear:both;"></div>
