They use Wifi and USB. If drivers are available for the mac, I would get one of this, connect the Beoport on one USB port, a USB soundcard on another one.

http://www.gadgetell.com/tech/comment/belkins-next-gen-wi-fi-usb-hub/

http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/imic

p.

Re: BeoPort with Airport Express

whoa! wait a minute... that sounds like that port is much more than a print server then!

i need to get my head around this one! ...or is the keyspan simply tricking the port??? -meaning this port is hackable and seemingly simply so?

Re: BeoPort with Airport Express

You can only connect a printer or IR receiver from Keyspan

http://store.apple.com/us/product/TB638LL/A?mco=MTIxODk3Mw

Re: BeoPort with Airport Express

i believe that you are correct: just a print server... hackable?

Re: BeoPort with Airport Express

Yes i know but the airport has a usb connection but i'm not sure if this is a normal usb or only a printer server usb

Re: BeoPort with Airport Express

You would still need to connect the USB...

P.

BeoPort with Airport Express

Is it possible to connect a Beoport to a apple computer wireless?
