It is somehow true, or I can somehow understand that the lines and the design of most of todays BMWs is more interesting and even crazier, less conventional than the design of most of the Audis (except the RS8), but I don't see anything crazy in the design of B&O sound systems for cars. They look like every other speaker, but they don't sound that way!

I meant with crazy audio design the acoustic lense of B&O not the "normal" in-door drivers

you can even put this thing on the roof of a BMW and it still looks cool

My wife and I were invited to a premiere of the Audi R8 last night.

The car was impressive, but placed above a bar in the Hotel we visited. Look but don't touch, and don't get too close. Security stationed about the vehicle.

We could barely see it, but there was definately a B&O sound system was inside. Glossy brochures lathered over this fact, glowingly. " Does this vehicle interest you ? " Yes, came my reply. " Any chance of a test drive ? " I asked. Scheduled in the future.

Well, the Champagne was good.

I'm personally waiting for a B&O deal with BMW, because the crazy lines of todays BMW matches better with the crazy in car audio design of B&O. Audi's are really really good cars but some models look a bit bored (except the A6 station )

Yeah who in the world can't appreciate this bimmers styling. WHOA stunning. I'm very bored with Audi old fart design. Even the new A5 - Boring. Somehow BMW and Benz are always sexy in comparison with Audi!

I had a ride in an Audi A5 equiped with the B&O sound system. The car is very nice, but it looks a little old IMO. The sound is really amazing. It really sounds like 7.1, with all these speakers around...

since vw own them both , maybe they should have a rethink

and bugatti of course !

It's very good actually. Is it worth the money? Not in my opinion, but it's up there with the specialist custom installs - so you obviously pay a premium for the fact it's a custom fit from the factory.

Geez! It's my second A3 and still no B&O car audio system; it feels like discrimination (but i understand somehow !not)

So... i must buy a new car to hava a B&o CAS installed!! :(
