Ok... the workaround I suggest: Connect all speakers to the TV.
Beosound in option 0, TV in option 6.
You can operate everything fine with the remote. But you cannot start the music using the local controls on the Beosound.

Re: Link room connectivity

yes they are , within 2 m of each other!

t

Re: Link room connectivity

Are they both in the same room?

Re: Link room connectivity

thanks for that - i could use thespeaker outlets on tv to aux in on bc to get that sound but it is messy!

salut

t

Re: Link room connectivity

Here, if you are a paying member: http://www.beoworld.org/manuals_view.asp?pid=1238

It is a software that runs on you PC. You enter the config and it tells you how to configure it.

Connecting a BC9300 and a MX4002 is done by using a Beolink Video converter. You will not be able to transfer the sound of the TV to the Hifi. You'll be able to do the other way round.

room MX3500, connected by a converter. However, the Configuration Guide states
that I won't be able to control the STB on the Avant from the MX3500. Is this
correct? It rather defeats the purpose of linking the devices.
