Regarding turning the player on, I think it only works when turning the TV on. In other words if watching TV and switching to Blu-Ray it will not turn on. I don&amp;#39;t know if controls would be the same on a Beocenter 6, but here is what works for us.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;list&amp;nbsp; v. aux&amp;nbsp; go...... to turn on, although today it is not turning it on for some reason today.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;stop........pauses the player, also use this to turn off, have player set up so after a pause of a period of time, I think it is two hours, it is in the player settings, it turns off&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;arrows and go to navigate the disc menus&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;menu 1 brings up the system menu for the player&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;menu 2 brings up the video format&amp;nbsp; for the player&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;menu 3 brings up the audio format for the player&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;menu 4 subtitles&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;red&amp;nbsp; brings up the pop or main disc menu&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;green&amp;nbsp; starts the dis over, although the on screen menu says it is top menu&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;yellow slow forward&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;blue slow&amp;nbsp; reverse&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;go and arrow up skips forward chapters, may hit arrow more than once after hitting go&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;go and arrow down to skip back a chapter, may hit arrow more than once after hitting go&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;go and arrow left to scan backwards, hitting arrow more than once increases speed&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;go and and arrow right to scan forward, hitting arrow more than once increases speed&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;go twice to stop scan forward or back.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item><item><title>Sony Blu-Ray Player</title><link>https://archivedforum.beoworld.org:443/forums/thread/155730.aspx</link><pubDate>Sun, 09 Nov 2008 06:45:36 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">41a2a90c-3a1e-4bd3-b144-3883695a7f38:155730</guid><dc:creator>Medic394</dc:creator><slash:comments>0</slash:comments><comments>https://archivedforum.beoworld.org:443/forums/thread/155730.aspx</comments><wfw:commentRss>https://archivedforum.beoworld.org:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=13&amp;PostID=155730</wfw:commentRss><description>Hi all i have a Sony Blu-Ray player BDPS300 connected to my Beocenter 6, and i would like to ask if anybody has the function buttons on the Beo 4 to operate various functions on the player. any help would be much appreciated&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
