Just refoamed my first set, and it was quite easy to do. They sound just as good IMO as if I had fitted new Drivers. Just in the middle of repainting the cabinets at the moment. Just not worth it for me to spend over 350$ to have a pair of&amp;nbsp;cx100&amp;#39;s updated...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But this could be a north american thing and pricing for a repairs&amp;nbsp;in europe might be totally different.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have put&amp;nbsp;my refoamed ones next to a pair with new (B&amp;amp;O installed) original drivers and they sound pretty close. Very hard to tell them apart. both&amp;nbsp;use exactly the same crossover so the audible difference is only created by the drivers themselves.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Off course I have to agree&amp;nbsp;refoaming is&amp;nbsp;a job that requires some knowledge.
