I followed your advices I have bad soldering skill but At least my hp are working again. That will give me the time to find the part as I prefere to have a new part.

Hi Marc,

B&O stores are usually reluctant to sell spare parts to customers, so they will often direct you to an approved service centre (I can recommend Simon at AVA Services if you are in the London area).

The actual RCA socket is not too tricky to re-connect if you have the service manual and good soldering skills. These are interchangeable with the standard items sold at electronics stores such as Maplin if you don't mind trimming the PCB slightly to ensure a good fit.

Beolab 8000 spare part in UK

Hi there,

I just discover this community and this is very good with a lot of information. Well done to the founder.

I've got one question about my beolab 8000 connected to a non bo system ( I know this is bad, but :)

So I use the phono line and the connectorhas been unsealed from the electronic board.I'm looking for this little part.

This is a board where you can find (buy) the 3 positions switch and the phono line.

II'm in the uk but i'm sure I can buy the part everywhere in the world :) I know a replacement part exist but my reseller doesn't want to sell it to me. dammnn
