You have to press STORE twice, while the STAND settings are still displayed on the screen.

It stores all the pictures setting at once (like Brightness, contrast, etc..).

I think you need a Beolink 1000 to do what you want!

Hi Geoff

The problem is I have the first generation of MX7000, where the menu is more limited. I don't have a STAND menu item under setup. Thanks though!

On my MX7000, it works as follows: With TV on, press MENU, SETUP, STAND. Message then says "turn stand to preferred position". Use left / right arrows to get correct position and GO to store it. EXIT and switch off. When you switch back on, stand will go to the preferred position.

Hello,

I have an early version of the mx7000 on a motorized stand. I use a Beo4 to control it, the problem however is that I cannot seem to store the startup viewing angle of the stand. What I do is that I use the STAND button to rotate the stand, then I try to store the position by pressing VSETUP/STORE, and the channel indicator on the TV turns red. I switch off the TV and when I then turn it on again, it goes to the old startup position, not the one I chose.

Anyone have an idea of what to do?
