I think Dot,7.0.0.0.9 OK and then OK will reset your handset. I bought mine used and it came with a bunch of people on it that i don&#39;t know or want to call!</p><p>I also would like to know what people do when they first pick up the phone. I find that when i go to make a call, my fingers or thumbs accidentally touch the sensitive scroll wheel and automatically bring up a phone book entry or number, so i always have to push the clear button to make sure i don&#39;t accidentally call the wrong person.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>What do you guys do?
