I think Dot,7.0.0.0.9 OK and then OK will reset your handset. I bought mine used and it came with a bunch of people on it that i don&amp;#39;t know or want to call!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I also would like to know what people do when they first pick up the phone. I find that when i go to make a call, my fingers or thumbs accidentally touch the sensitive scroll wheel and automatically bring up a phone book entry or number, so i always have to push the clear button to make sure i don&amp;#39;t accidentally call the wrong person.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What do you guys do? Or is there a way to change the settings to prevent this from happening.
