My SKY+ is connected with a SCART cable but most of the sound comes through the TV Speakers, on the back of the sky box there is an optical output for the Dolby but no phono/Analogue output - does this mean that the only way to get Dolby Digital is through the optical output. If so is there a converter available? or another way?

Also the top panel on the Avant doesn't display if it's Dolby Digital etc. - Should it do this, my old avant used to and that was Pro Logic.

Any help much appreciated.
