He suggested repacing RL 140 woofer foam with rubber. Woun&amp;#39;t rubber change the characteristics of the woofer in a unknown/bad way?&amp;nbsp; The person said, that it surely shouldn&amp;#39;t be done on&amp;nbsp;middle tone speakers, but it should be no issue on woofers of size 6&amp;frac12;&amp;quot; and larger.&amp;nbsp; What is the Beoworld members take on that?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is modern foam more resistant to rot, than the foam used 10-20 years ago?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Best regards Nis&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
