You will see a small hole on the front of the BM, just under the glass. Insert a Paper clip (many uses obviously lol!!) or something similar in the hole which will push a clip down. With the paper clip still in the hole slide the glass to the left. It will the only slide a certain amount, it won't slide the whole way out. You can then lift the whole panel up, you might have to jiggle it a bit. You then need do undo a screw the holds the board on to the glass and then unclip the board from the glass, it also slides but to the right. You can wipe the inside of the glass with a clean damp cloth. You will see the sensors on the board. Check that the sensor that isnt working is not dirty or blocked. Then slide the board and glass back together. You can then test to see that they are all working before sliding the panel back onto the BM. Don't forget to put the screw back.

It could be that the sensor has moved and is no longer on the conductive square underneath the glass that makes the connection between your finger and the sensor. The sensor looks like a bendable piece of rubber, infact they are not meant to stand up straight but actually at an angle. You would have to slide out the glass panel and put it back in again. It happened with my BM 3500 and it solved the problem

Yes, thanks for that reply, that means my beomaster probably will do as told, but throug a beolink/beo4. I'll bring a beolink 1000 with me to Work on monday and test if i can store using the remote instead of the glas-panel buttons.

Same on my 4500 together with the 'sound' button. However I find that all the settings including 'store' can be controlled via my Beo4.

Can you use this to achieve what you want?
