Peter, as always, thanks for the quick response and help. Yes, it does appear that both are indentical and the only differenec (other than the type number) is that the dimensions are in Metric and FPS systems.

I shal now get back to the dealer and purchase it. I know the UK price was about GBP 125, so hopefully it should not be too expensive

They seem to be identical - the US one has a manual in inches where the EU one has the manual in cm. I attach them to this post.

Hi, after circumnavigating the globe, virtually, I have managed to track down a dealer who says they have a much wanted (by me) BV5 wall bracket. Except it is of the Type 4063 (US based) where as this site lists a type 4178. So before I go to the trouble and expense of paying for and having this shipped to me and it is the wrong one, can someone help by stating if the 4063 and 4178 are indeed the same item and just labelled different for different countries ??

My BV5 was bought in the UK in 2004 if that helps you to help me.
