You need a suitable audio master however. Alternatively, get an Airport Express and use iTunes and control it with an iPod Touch. Much better than the N.Music system at present.

Beolink PC 2 / Beoport questions

Hi, I bought a Beolink PC2 in 2003 but have never used it since my interest went down a few years. Now I would like to start it up and have a few questions :

- How do I install it, I have unfortunately lost my manual. Can I connect it to my PC first and make the installation/upgrades, and then connect it to the Linksystem ? How do I make the upgrade of the new software available on B&Os website ?

- I have a Beosystem 2500, a BV 7-40, a BV 7-32 and some passive speakers in two rooms. From what I understand the Beosystem 2500 makes it unpossible to get the Netmusic to the linkrooms. Is this correct ?

- If the answer is yes on the question above : I have connected my BS 2500 and the older, passive linked speakers to the new linksystem with a converter. To "get rid" of the BS 2500 from my system, can I just unplug it from the converter and still use the passive linkrooms to listen to Netmusic using the Beolink PC2 ?

Best regards

Hans, Sweden
